
What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
In simple terms...
EFT, often known as “tapping,” is a gentle, body-based approach that helps calm the nervous system while working with your thoughts, emotions, and internal responses.
By combining light tapping on specific points of the body with focused awareness, EFT helps reduce stress and shift the way experiences are held—so you can move from reactivity into a more calm, clear, and controlled state.
As part of Energy Alignment Coaching, EFT is used to help you release internal interference and realign with how you want to think, feel, and perform.
